The plan is structured in a way that it offers the chance to select the outcome desired (eg. Weight loss, budget saving, time efficiency) and it builds the standard 5 days plan according to those selections.
I also love that we can see all the nutrients content and calories associated with each meal and with each day. I love the fact that I can add my own recipes too, making the plan very personal, but overall, I value that I am inspired to stay healthy and well nourished without feeling like I am falling off the wagon. I am the kind of person that loves that sort of support and I found it in this planner.”
