We’re the Stanczyks and this is our story!
As Type A and organized as I am, I also have a passion for colorful creativity and artistic expression. I began my health journey towards the end of college, after experiencing a handful of odd and disheartening symptoms that doctors and specialists were unable to diagnose or treat. That, coupled with anxiety, panic attacks, hormonal imbalances, and weight gain, led me to Dr. Google. I began learning more and more about food as medicine, and the rest is history! I began eating more plants, moving my body regularly, finding time for adequate rest, and sharing my journey online—thus, EatMoveRest.com was born!

Being outside is my jam. A trail hike, salty swim, or black top on my bike is where I feel most alive! My commitment to staying active and inspired is fueled my by insatiable hunger for growth. I tend to think that if I’m not living, I’m dying. I believe in risking greatly, and flying by faith. Beyond eating a plant based diet for top physical health, I also prioritize my mental health. I speak up for what I believe in, and endlessly chase my dreams!

Meet our kiddos, Max, Liv & Zoe. When we’re not busy blending, juicing, and chopping in the kitchen, our fam enjoys traveling the globe, hosting dinner gatherings, workshops, events, and retreats, and chances are if you’re a local, you’ll catch us soaking up the sun on the beach, at the farmers market, or running, riding, and pushing a stroller!

There are 3 things we all do every day, and we could all be doing them better.
Eat the rainbow! Nobody can argue with eating more fruits & veggies, as close to their natural state as possible.
Move daily! Do what excites and energizes you—swim, bike, run, skip, jump, dance, stretch, and play.
Get adequate rest! Tap into your spirituality, spend quality time with loved ones, and stop and smell the roses.
